DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

As a IT Technical Recruiter, you will play an essential role in fueling Variacode growth with talent. You will implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.

You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and will develop strong relationships across the organization, working collaboratively with clients, peers, and key leaders to drive results. This position demands a balance of creativity and drive.

You will be comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you will manage the entire candidate process. By leveraging your knowledge of our clients' hiring needs and search requirements, you will effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful.

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively with a large volume of candidates, and manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate.
  • Source and recruit top talent in a highly competitive talent market and achieve monthly hiring goals.
  • Evaluate skill level and expertise and keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Innovate in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Staffing systems and processes.
  • Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out additional responsibilities.

 REQUISITOS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR Management, Business Administration, or Psychology or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a IT recruiting, sourcing, or candidate identification and generation role.
  • Experience working in-house as a recruiter or for an agency recruiting organization.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Exposure to HR processes, such as sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills, and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Ability to manage customer/client relationships, provide customer consultations, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.

    • Two times in the year: September 18th and December 25th.
    • 10% of the monthly salary if the employee has less than one year in the company.
    • 15% of the monthly salary when the employee has been in the company for more than one year.
