Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service, according to Amcor standards and expectations, creating customer loyalty and developing the core business to contribute to continuous growth.
  • Manage the accounts of the "Key Clients" in its portfolio, ensuring compliance with the commercial agreements established in the SLA (Service Level Agreement), carrying out the necessary activities and generating improvement proposals that improve the level of service
  • Be responsible for following up on purchase orders in each of their stages and keeping the client informed according to the client's needs.
  • Manage customer claims and requests by referring them to the relevant areas to ensure they get a satisfactory response
  • Prepare and carry out periodic sessions with clients to validate and supervise that the service level is above the established objective, taking the opportunities indicated by the clients and sharing them with the pertinent areas.
  • Identify growth opportunities in clients and share them with the commercial team
  • Develop, design and manage new processes and tools to establish new best practices to enhance collaborative work between the different areas
  • Participate in organizational development by actively training other Customer Service Executives,


  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer service or other service oriented business
  • Ideally Engineering, Commercial or related studies
  • Language skills: Advanced Portuguese /English desirable
